To my dearest family and friends,
long week! its about 95 degrees everyday and its only getting hotter, and im only getting darker!
the works a little rough right now, we have a lot to do outside of the work like splits and other resposibilitys.
wensday in the morningl we went to th most southern part of the mission to help the elders their. it remined me of tanques (my little pueblo) but with a beach. we also went to other little town that are technicly in our area and i almost got to try iguana! but it was late and the buses stop pasing at night so we had to run.
thursday friday and saturday was a lot of wandering and contacting in the sun! on friday we went in to a little store to buy some water and some guy called us "hijos de jose smith" hahaha now ive been called a lot of things in my mission ( manny thing i havent understood but my comps who do get really angry) but children of josph smith was a new one hahah but i wasnt offended, we just testifyed that joseph smith was a profet and we could tell he didnt want to litsen to us so we left hahah.
sunday was a little awkward becuase we eat with a less active family and they always tell us some excuse of why they dont come and its super frustrating hahah.
today a family invited us to eat shrimp tacos! i ate like 13 hahah and they bought a bunch of coke hahah.
not a lot this week but were working hard and learning patience like always. on the bright side im over the cold but sadly my comps got it now hahah oops.
love you guys!
Elder "Pizzini" (thats what my zone calls me)
(For his MOM on her birthday:
cake cake and cake and cake!! happy birthday! its the last one ill miss!! love you so much)
sorry for writing late!
all right well once again monday to sunday we work hard, in the streets preaching to the people the gospel of Jesus Christ. its still the hardest, most rewarding, testimony building time ever.
on thursday we met a couple, F and M, we sat down with them and they told us to teach them. they had a bunch of questions and were super open to pray (which isnt normal , normally we have to convince people to do it) and it wasn't necessarily all new but its been a while since we had an awesome lesson like this. it was really cool because we were just looking for people to teach and praying to the lord to find some one when we found them!
on saturday we had an activity with the branch and we watched Ephraim's rescue. its an awesome movie.
today was pretty fun! we went to a city called Teacapan and played volleyball and ate tacos. i got a little sun burnt but it was worth it.
