well life out here in Tanques is a little different than Mazatlan. the best way to describe it is camping in a tie hahaha. not really but kinda. in the mornings and at night there are literally 100s of mosquitos, you can smack the wall and kill 6 of them. i have about 28 bites on my arms and legs and yes mom i do put on bug spray , in fact i bath in it and sunscreen too. we have one faucet in the back of the house that some times has water, so we have to wash our clothes fast, our power goes out every couple hours for about five to 20 minutes which isn't to bad but at night we have to turn the air conditioner back on a lot. we have an iron but we use my bed to iron since we dont have a table to do it on. the house isn't to bad just a lot of work haha. but i love tanques, the people are super nice, even though its super tiny we have investigators. its hard because all 13 people in tanques know who the missionarys are even though they are not all members. its very catholic here. but the members help out alot and go to lessons with us. the church is cleaner than a temple, every saturday they all go and clean it,and the food here is to die for! everyday it gets better and better. my comp is awesome too. Elder Palacios makes egg and ham burritos every morning and he practically knows the bible and book of mormon by memory. in lessons he´ll say stuff like ¨well in john 712 it says......¨ and hes very obedient. hes taught me a lot this week. hope every one has a good week and i cant wait to skype with you guys!

It sounds as though your transfer was a good one. The mosquitoes thing sounds a lot like Mike's time in Brazil. They slept with small fans on themselves to help them to not land when they were sleeping. But it wasn't 100% effective. When he came home, his pillow had little dried blood spots all over it and he didn't want to use it again. Good luck.
