ill send you a more spiritual email later but for now "life in the prison" we are teaching twice a day! one is our teacher and the other is an investigator. its really hard but i learned you cant fail in the mtc. loving life even though im a lil sick. soar throats suck.
ricky is a cutie just like his human self! they call me elder blaze now! heres some pics!
Later that day:
im really happy! ive learned so much here its hurting my brain! the days are long and the weeks are short! we left the compound to supreme burger! best buger ive had in a while! one thing ive learnd was about good ole satan! " the greatest lie he ever made was convincing the world he didnt exsist.". he said satan brought opposition, opposition brought joy. blew my mind!!!
i thought to myself satan is kind of a testimony builder becuz if you know satan is, then god is! every temptation u get should just boost your testimony! something else ive learned is trusting in the lord. they tell us that we dont teach, we invite others to Christ. God speaks through us. learning a lot from nephi right now also. i strive to be like him in everything i do ( i WILL GO and DO!)
at six we teach again! pray for me! i know you do becuz i feel it. every day when i wake up and every night i read the badge with the names Jesucristo and Pizzi, and it reminds me why im here.
as for my pday we plays four hours of basket ball!!! love every second but know the district walks funny cuz we "Ball to Hard" according to my comp Elder Holzer. went to the temple this morning and did initiatorys. we get to go every pday and its the best way to start off a day. laundry kinda sucks but know i have clean clothes so i guess thats cool haha.
ill write you guys tomorrow but it proly wont get sent till monday cuz we have two minutes a day for free time!
Lovingly from the MTC correctional facility
Elder Pizzi (Pizzie, Blaze)
Hey Bucky! so glad you beat those Purple flamboyant women! good luck with the alta peacocks. i dont wanna here about one mom doing push ups!
im sick to so i know the pain. tell me what u think of the scrpiture i sent you in the mail. read the whole story, it always gave me strength when i was in games.
i miss u guys more than u can know but hearing form you guys gives me stregth now! your gonna love the mtc! buffet at every meal, lots of pretty sisters and you get to hang out with all sorts of gool guys.
plus your teachers are all four or five years older than you! and and hour of sports every day. tell me every thing that goes on back home
love hearin from ya! i knew all that suffering for our teams would pay off some day! its funny while ive been here ive been thinking to myself " my dad walked these halls" and it gives me a lot of fortelaza! we started teaching an investigator and it really hard to communicate but hes been really nice and patient! miss you guys a lot!
also for service we work with all the maintenance guys that work for BYU. get to clean toilets at 630 every tues and thurs!
so weve been teaching an investigator and its really hard! we also teach our teacher who act like investigators. days are years long and weeks are minutes. ive been sick the past few days but its all good. on of the apostles is suppose to come speak to us soon!!!!! i love this place! we get to play soccer against kids from south america and play b ball with deaf kids (there pretty good!). ill write u guys more this week!
